Stress Reduction through Mindfulness
(Ages 10+)

This class uses Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques to show kids that they already have all the tools they need to manage their stress levels and control their attention span. Students learn how to regulate their emotions and build resiliency using mindfulness exercises.

All students are required to keep an online journal, participate in class discussions, and do 10 minutes of an assigned mindfulness exercise daily for homework.
All virtual classes are recorded and sent to any students who are unable to attend a session or enrolled after classes have begun.
