Please listen to this recording and breathe along with it for 10 minutes each day this week.
1. Use headphones and go to a place where you have minimal distractions and won't be interrupted by people or pets. Keep your eyes closed.
2. Get in a comfortable position and set a timer so you don;t have to stop to check the clock.
3. If you have negative feelings about this exercise, be aware of them but don't let them stop you from staying with the assignment for the entire ten minutes and entire week.
4. Notice when you are distracted and return your awareness to the vocals. Don't judge yourself or be hard on yourself for losing focus.
